FOOD SAFETY POLICY

At KRISHKA S.A. de C.V., we are committed to producing, storing, and distributing safe and quality primary packaging that meets the needs and expectations of our stakeholders; fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our competence in food safety matters, and adhering to legal and regulatory requirements of national and international standards under the FSSC 22000 model, in its current version, as well as mutually agreed requirements with the customer. Finally, we promote effective internal and external communication, ensuring this policy is available to all stakeholders.
LABOR POLICIES
POL-SH-01 CHILD LABOR POLICY

KRISHKA, S.A. DE C.V. recognizes children's right to protection from economic exploitation and work that may jeopardize their physical health. Therefore, the company has established a policy against hiring minors, in accordance with Article 22 of the Federal Labor Law.
POL-SH-02 INVOLUNTARY LABOR POLICY
​
KRISHKA, S.A. DE C.V. will not employ any forced or involuntary labor, including prisoners, individuals on bail, apprentices, or others.
POL-SH-03 PROMOTION POLICY
​
Promotions are based on annual competency evaluations without any gender or disability distinction.
Employee training programs are necessary for promoting workers to new positions. Salary assignments are based on established wage scales.
POL-SH-04 FORCED LABOR POLICY

KRISHKA, S.A. DE C.V. will not promote or accept any activities that constitute forced labor.
POL-SH-05 POLICY ON WORK FOR PREGNANT WOMEN
​
Employees must report their pregnancy status to the Human Resources department upon detection to arrange relocation based on Articles 170-172 of the General Labor Law.
POL-SH-06 FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING POLICY

KRISHKA, S.A. DE C.V. respects workers' rights to organize unions and engage in collective bargaining, without interference or reprisals, and ensures access to workplace representatives.
POL-SH-07 NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

KRISHKA, S.A. DE C.V. guarantees a workplace where all individuals are treated with respect, dignity, and equality of opportunity. The company prohibits unlawful discrimination based on race, color, age, sex, religion, or nationality.
No discrimination against workers suspected or confirmed of COVID-19, or those who have had family members in similar cases.

POL-SH-08 ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

POL-SH-09 EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS/WORKING HOURS AND COMPENSATION POLICY

KRISHKA, S.A. DE C.V. complies with local laws and regulations regarding contracts, working hours, and agreements for overtime compensation. Payments are made weekly and biweekly, ensuring punctuality throughout the year.
POL-SH-10 CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURE POLICY

KRISHKA, S.A. DE C.V. prohibits the disclosure of internal confidential information except to those authorized within the company. Employees are prohibited from disclosing or using confidential information outside the company for personal benefit.
Unauthorized disclosure could be harmful to the company or a client, benefiting a third party.
POL-SH-11 HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Protecting health, safety, and preventing environmental pollution are company objectives. Employees must perform their duties in compliance with current legislation and industry standards regarding health, safety, and environmental protection. Compliance with all applicable permits required by government agencies.
POL-SH-12 ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES POLICY
All employees must practice fair, honest, and integral treatment in all aspects of their relationships with colleagues, the public, business community, customers, suppliers, competitors, and government authorities. Directors and employees must not benefit from unfair practices such as manipulation, concealment, misuse of privileged information, or other unethical business practices when acting on behalf of the company.
